The Ask
YouVersion hit a milestone almost no app reaches: one billion downloads. To celebrate, they needed a short documentary film for their "Beyond a Billion" event, a story that could carry the weight of that number without losing sight of the individual lives behind it.

The Approach
A billion is hard to picture. So instead of chasing scale, we went the other way and got close. We built the story around real people in real places, tracing how one small piece of technology found its way into daily life across cultures, languages, and continents. The goal wasn't to explain the number. It was to make the room feel it.

The Result
A film that played in the stadium event, grounding a global milestone in something human and specific, connection, not just downloads.
